While we always strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to processing times and carrier transit.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipment or pickup. Processing times may vary and orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Local pickup and delivery are available for eligible orders once processing is complete. Pickup or delivery dates are confirmed only after the order is ready.

Time-Sensitive Orders

For events or time-sensitive needs, we strongly recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Delivery dates are not guaranteed for orders placed close to an event date.

Rush Orders

Expedited processing or shipping may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
